Strike Spouse utilizes a print-on-demand service, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, if you receive a misprint or defective product due to a manufacturing error, Strike Spouse offers a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the “Contact Us” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. 

Please note that shipping times may vary and if you have an order with different types of items, you may receive them in different packages. If you have not received your product within 30 days please use the Contact Us form, along with your email and tracking number.

 

If you have ordered from strikespouse.com (previous website) in the past 3 months: 

Please note that the previous vendor is slow on shipping. After many attempts to have them resolve the matter or refund, previous customers will have to wait for their orders. It may take up to 4 business weeks to see your orders. I apologize for this inconvenience - please know that this is why I have switched websites and business models/vendors.
